I've got a no-fat and easy recipe for bread: 1kg flour 20g salt 1 pint water 2.5g yeast Mix together and knead for 10 minutes. leave to rise overnight. Form into shape and leave to rise again for 2 hours. Cook at the highest temperature your oven can do for about 30 minutes or until it's brown and sounds hollow when you tap the bottom. P.S. not one for the breadmaker due to the large quantities and long rise time.

I don't eat alot of bread but when I do buy a loaf I usually freeze it and just take out a couple of slices the night before I plant to eat some, I hate wasting food, I just wish I had a bigger freezer!

I have made more bread crumbs than I could ever use. I save stale baked goods to feed the birds now. It's fun to see what comes to dinner! Esp in the Winter. :) I either buy my clothing used, Or I support artisans by buying wearable art. I don't look like anyone else! I usually donate my clothes back to clothing rooms, but I have some awesome T Shirts that I really think that you'll do justice to!

When my bread becomes stale they are instantly thrown in the oven and herbed up for croutons.

Ah. I was just about to suggest add more oil (oil should keep it from going stale) when I read the low-fat-recipe part. Only other suggestion I can think of is eat it quicker!
