What's a walking beat? Around 105 beats per minute, which is the beat that Howie B (http://music.aol.com/artist/howie-b/88230/main), Roger Eno (http://www.myspace.com/musicbyrogereno) and others dabbled with - and look what they produced. Featuring 17 tunes by 17 artists and mixed with mastery by Paul Gathercole (http://www.myspace.com/agkmusic) and Bruce Bickerton http://www.alucidnation.co.uk/home.html), 'Walk 105' is a soundtrack that keeps your feet moving and your thoughts ticking. Action: Walk The Walk

Wow! Me and my friend decided to go Green a few weeks ago! We are both 14 and now really into saving the environment! This is really good to help us walk places and prevent us from using cars (: Thankyou..dothegreenthing.com!!

I agree re: tracklisting and asked a few week's ago about this. The tracklisting is hidden somewhere in the FAQ section, but makes a lot more sense to have it here. And tomtaylor's blurb above is clearly about a different podcast. Be good to sort all this out sooner rather than later....

Nice and relaxing, especially the end bit. Great for the walk home ending up in a comfy chair with a cup of tea! :Þ
