One of the things that inspires me most about Green Thing is the way that astonishingly gifted creative people continue to donate their talents to making Green Thing be as good as it can be. Helping us put Green Thing v2 together were a formidable group of creative clever people from all corners of London. Our unquantifiably huge gratitude goes to:
Andrew Rae for the brilliant Green Thing character -- "arranged like a vase of flowers" as someone observed
Tom Baker for the deft 'Meet Green Thing' animation
Loz Gray for patiently sifting 78 pages of requirements into a site people could actually use
Hayden Brown for patiently sifting 78 pages of requirements into a site people would actually like to look at
Heath Kane for the pefect home page picture and his 'hand-make the site out of old bits of things' idea
Katie Littleton-Sanders for all her incredibly patient and loving scissors work on the logo
Dan Norris for donating his advice and expertise to helping to put the look and logo together
Oliver 'Oz' Smith for taking Tom's animation and creating the brilliant ends of all the new videos
Hannah Scott for her brilliant Easy On The Meat, Stick With What You Got and Human Heat artworks on the site
John Hill (with photo by Sami Keinänen) for the perfect Walk The Walk collage on the Walk The Walk page
Charlie Sutcliffe for his beautifully surreal Plug Out illustration on the Plug Out page
Kethi Copeland for her fantastic Stay Grounded collage, air mail letter and all
Holly Broughton for her forthcoming All-Consuming artwork - it's gonna be great I know it
Tom Edmonds for his perfectly-judged substantial-but-light copywriting
Marc Folan for producing the superbly suave Green Thing theme music, 'Kind of Green'
and
Aaron Willmer for being the likably sorted voice of Green Thing in exchange for a canteen lunch (with no meat)
