One of those only-on-YouTube memes, this vid was the runner up in a competition called U@50 run by US non-profit AARP which "helps people 50 and over improve the quality of their lives". It's based on an award-winning Argentinian political ad called "The Truth".
In a sort of Neo-like voice-over warning to the machines at the end of the Matrix, this video ends:
"I realise this may be a shock but I Refuse To Believe that I am part of a Lost Generation."
A beguilingly simple, powerful and hopeful message.
