Do The Green Thing: Mutant Bike Clubs and Pedal-Powered Carnivals

What's a mutant bike club? Think Pedal the Pedals meets Recycled/Reborn at a Hell's Angels' rodeo.

People like C.H.U.N.K. 666, Black Label or Bay Area performance artists Cyclecide cut up discarded bicycles and then weld them into new, weird, bikenstein cycle monsters. They also put on things like pedal-powered, travelling carnivals. Fantastic.

Apparently The Wright Brothers and Henry Ford were all bicycle mechanics and E=Mc2 was discovered while pedalling the pedals. Is that true? Nice one.
