I returned after Christmas to an email from a friend who’d written:
"Happy New year to you too. I am just back from a very relaxing (and utterly crazy) 2 weeks in Dubai and Oman. thanks."
Vaguely curious I relied “so what was the craziest thing you did?
The response: “Maybe a vertical water slide through a shark tank? Or indoor skiing (although I obviously feel totally ashamed about the latter....)”
So here it is – Ski Dubai in all its ludicrous glory.
Their blurb claims “'Dubai Sunny Mountain Ski dome' will be the first of its kind in the Middle East. It will provide a real and complete winter experience that touches all senses”
Utter nonsense
