Not A Lot Of Bottle

Is that a rolled-up, re-usable, fold-and-go water bottle in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?

This is a bottle after our own hearts. Green Thing has long advocated Asking for Tap whenever you can, the trouble is it's not always that easy to carry around a re-usable bottle with you.

Enter the 'fold-and-go' Vapur - designed for portability and res-usability it can be rolled, folded or flattened when not in use.

Clever.

I agree with kellis above. Storing and re-using plastic containers for water has always been a health risk, as chemicals in the plastics break down over time and are absorbed into the water. Besides, even though it's considered "re-usable" and therefore green, I have a hard time thinking that anything made out of plastic is a healthy choice for the environment.

The problem with plastics is there's all sorts of stuff that plastic is made from that gets into the water. This product says it's BPA-free which is cool, but I don't know enough about it to feel comfortable there's no plastic-associated toxins still in the water. I use stainless steel. granted it doesn't fold but it's one material and you know what's in it, and the water tastes better too.
