Following on from Katia's last post... Green Thing is putting on a fundraising event in a week or so at The Truman Brewery (thanks to the generous LBi for the space!) to celebrate a year of Creativity vs Climate Change just gone and to look forward to the year ahead.

We're hoping to raise more goodwill, some money and get a few people drunk on green cocktails. The night will feature acoustic metal from The Pepper Cake Melody Orkestra, a Green Thing poem premiere by Musa Okwonga, a special unplugged set by Tom Williams and the Boat, as well as some special guest appearences by other Green Thing supporters in the worlds of music, art and the environment we can't talk about right now.

If you'd like to come – and even better come and help pass around snacks and drinks etc - then please mail katia@dothegreenthing.com and, depending a bit on the numbers, we'd love to put some more Green Things on the list.

It should be a great night. The last one was.
