Nicely spotted and an excellent suggestion. We'll pass it on to Mister Glovey immediately (I just hope he takes your comments in the right spirit or he might rip the radiator off the wall and throw it at you).

As he cannot eat his sandwich, in his lunch break Mister Glovey should fix that drafty gap between the floor and the skirting-board and insulate the pipe to the radiator.
