I did think Bourn Ulimatum when I saw this - it's a rather impressive video to watch, though is it bad that I wondered what a waste it was for the veg that got 'shot' at?

My favorite Green Thing video so far. Nice. I give it 10/10 - that should help bring up your average rating! :)

I think it might have been a spud gun More seriously, do not try shooting out of season vegetables at home

Zero out of 10!! Boy, that's harsh greenth. Especially since it's clearly a minor masterpiece ;-) Are hitman & guns irresponsible because consumers will go out and start shooting innocent vegetables ;-) Don't quite see it. Nor the point about lazy I'm afraid. We think it's a great way to get the message across. Green Thing calcs on seasonable food are here: http://bit.ly/DG7l4 and our info page on the site is here http://bit.ly/aCXI0. Finally the Eat Seasonably campaign we partnered with for Ninjin has done extensive research into seasonality - we share some of their info/links here: http://bit.ly/197bF6 Thanks --andy

How to get noticed for all the wrong reasons, using a hitman and guns is a lazy and potentially irresponsible way of trying to get the message across. Most consumers have no idea what's in season and with the potential to extend a crops harvesting season by using biodegradeable plastic mulch, polytunnels and glasshouses what does seasonal mean anyway. 0/10 Guys!
