Installing double-glazing is like putting a big, warm overcoat round your home’s windows. It can cut the heat lost through your windows by half, saving nearly ¾ tonne of CO2 per year. And if you can’t afford to double-glaze all your windows, just do those in the rooms you use the most.

Here’s a thing…..according to Energy Watch, UK gas prices have risen 90% since 2003. The average gas bill now stands at £630, and the nation’s total bill at £14 billion.
