I'm running a two day workshop on biomimicry for a client in Copenhagen. Eurostar to Brussels, on to Koln then a sleeper to Copenhagen. Time to think, time to write. How much is that worth?

Our last two family holidays have involved bikes, boats, trains and fantastic holidays.

Trip one was with our eldest kids 15 & 17, and saw us taking a 1200 mile circuit of the west coast of Europe via Plymouth and Santander. Brilliant, easy way to get v.fit.

Trip two was to Marseille by Eurostar and TGV and then out to the Verdon Gorge and back with younger girls of 13 & 15 (two years later than first trip). What a blast. No driving, no filling stations, micro on luggage, macro on fun and family

I did it x20 with frozen bits in it

I did it 10p a bag for a customer smile

I did it 'cos it takes to to tandem
