I've started a paper recycling program at at least 2 jobs I've held, often being the one to take the paper back to my home where it is picked up weekly.
Joined the Arbor day society too to try to re-plant the trees (rainforest, forest fires, etc.)
uhm... I also shop second hand stores for clothes, re-use shopping bags as trash bags/doggie poop bags, and I have begun purchasing recycled items at my workplace.
We have low-wattage lightbulbs (those spirally ones) and a water-saver shower head.
It's not a very interesting story, but despite being a human, I do want to do the best I can to cut down on the destruction of this planet. It's the only one we have and I keep my stuff here!
