I'm resisted the urge to eat meat today. For lunch I had a pittan butter and apple spread sandwich....mmmmm mmmmm mmmmmm...scrumptious! Tomorrow I'm going to munch on a salad at lunchtime. Viva la 'Meatless March 2008'!
