Easy on the unseasonal CO2 Calculations

Choosing local, seasonal food over out-of-season, imported produce could save around 1.34 kg CO2 per meal (see here for full calculation and assumptions).

The CO2 values in the slider have been averaged over a month, and split equally over the four data points, calculated as follows:

Q. How many times a week do you eat local or seasonal fruit and veg?

Endpoints:

Never = 0 kg

Always -  (1.34) x (7 days) x (4 weeks) = 37.52 kg CO2

Midpoints:

A bit - (37.52) x (1/3) = 12.51 kg CO2

A lot - (37.52) x (2/3) = 25.01 kg CO2
